    Responsibilities

    Primary responsibilities will include, but not limited to: 

     

     

    • Monthly financial statement preparation
    • Monthly/Quarterly/Annual schedule preparation
    • Monthly owners funding/distribution request
    • Monthly mortgage wires/ACH's
    • Bank reconciliations
    • Strong account analysis
    • Assist with annual audits

    Qualifications

    Candidates should possess strong problem solving and organizational skills, ability to multi task and work independently in a fast paced environment while meeting deadlines; attention to detail a must. Have the ability to interact in a professional manner with different levels of management, & clients, while providing superior customer service.  Experienced in handling multi-entities highly preferred.

     

    Minimum requirements:

     

    • BS degree in Accounting preferred
    • 3-5+ years progressive experience
    • Industry software experience (MRI/Real Page/Yardi/TOPS/Excel)
