    Primary responsibilities will include, but not limited to review of financial statements, development and implementation of policies-procedures, strong account analysis and reconciliation, assist in monitoring on-time delivery of monthly reporting packages, review year end audit packages.



    Possess strong problem solving and organizational skills, ability to multi task and work independently in a fast paced environment while meeting deadlines; attention to detail a must. Ability to interact in a professional manner with different levels of management including third party owners; must be customer service oriented and experienced in handling multiple-entities.


    Minimum requirements:


    • BS degree in Accounting, CPA preferred
    • 3-5+ years progressive experience in Accounting with Managerial oversight
    • Industry experience in Property Management preferred
    • Industry software experience (Real Page/Yardi/TOPS/Excel)
